Data Deletion Instructions

PulseMarkt respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any data we hold about you, including data received from connected third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google/YouTube).

What data we may hold

  • Account information (email, name, profile details)
  • Order, shipping, and payment metadata
  • OAuth tokens and basic profile data from platforms you connected (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google)
  • Marketing content (videos, captions) generated on your behalf
  • Analytics and engagement metrics relating to published content

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your PulseMarkt account and all associated personal data, choose one of the following options:

  1. Email: Send a deletion request from the email address on your account to privacy@pulsemarkt.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Contact form: Submit a request via our contact page and select "Data deletion" as the topic.
  3. In-app: If you have an active account, go to Settings and use the Delete account option.

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
  • We delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within 30 days.
  • We revoke and delete any OAuth tokens or credentials we received from connected third-party platforms.
  • We may retain a minimal record (e.g. order/invoice data) where required by tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Retained records are access-restricted and not used for any other purpose.

Revoking access from connected platforms

Deleting your PulseMarkt data removes the data from our systems, but you may also want to revoke PulseMarkt's access from each platform directly:

  • Facebook / Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "PulseMarkt".
  • TikTok: Settings → Security & Permissions → Manage app permissions → revoke "PulseMarkt".
  • Pinterest: Settings → Apps → revoke "PulseMarkt".
  • Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove "PulseMarkt".
