Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work.
30-day return window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
Non-returnable items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary items once opened
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
